Nightmare at the Theatre
Nightmare at the Theatre is a short animation created with a partner for an Animation II class. This robot character was modeled, rigged, and animated. In this short animation, this robot is an usher
at the theatre and when the lights unexpectedly go out during a performance, it uses the outlet in its chest to power the lights for the rest of the show. This model has full mobility of all joints,
a chest box that opens to reveal an outlet, and a lightbulb on its head that allows the character to emote by changing colors. In addition to creating the robot, I also collaborated with
my partner to create the interior of the theatre. I was responsible for modeling and texturing the audience seats, the stage, and the theatre floor.
